Do I have to pay sales tax?
USA:
No , you will not have to pay sales tax.
Canada:
If you are located in British Columbia you will have to pay Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and Government Sales Tax (GST).
For residents of all other provinces you will only have to pay GST.
I need help with my account and charges

Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site and then the "Review Orders / Track Packages" link to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) at our Returns Department. Please note that returns may have been delivered to our warehouse but there may still be a delay before they are sorted and passed along to our Returns Department for processing. We appreciate you patience.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is only authorized with you checkout. We do not capture payment until we are ready to ship. Your credit card will usually be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
