It is backed with a smooth woven fabric for structure, and the seams are finished cleanly with a hidden zipper, so the cover comes off easily for cleaning and the insert can be swapped whenever you like. Buy it as a cover only, with a standard polyfill insert, or with a feather and down insert for a softer, more relaxed fill.
