Standard shipping in the US is $9.95 per order, and orders over $200 ship free within the contiguous US, applied automatically. Alaska and Hawaii are $14.95. Canadian rates are shown at checkout.

Orders ship from our Texas warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. A delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also see order status anytime in your account.

We ship to all 50 US states and to Canada. Alaska and Hawaii are $14.95 per order. For Canada, rates are shown at checkout and import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Email team@pillowdecor.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number (a photo helps), and we'll make it right.

Pillow covers can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, as long as they're unused, unwashed, and have the product tag attached. Pillow inserts are final sale. A flat shipping and restocking fee of $12 per order (US) or $20 per order (Canada) is deducted from your refund and covers your prepaid return label; original shipping isn't refunded. US sales tax is refunded; Canadian duties and taxes can't be refunded once an order ships. Full details on our Returns and Exchanges page.

Sign in to your account, open your order and choose Request return. Once it's approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Send back just the cover with its tag attached, and keep the insert. For exchanges, tell us the color or size you'd like instead; the same $12 (US) or $20 (Canada) fee applies, and we cover shipping on your replacement. You can also email team@pillowdecor.com with your order number.

Within 5 to 10 business days of your return reaching our warehouse and being inspected, to your original payment method, minus the shipping and restocking fee.

Pillow sizes are measured flat, seam to seam, before the pillow is filled. That's the standard way pillows are sized. Once an insert fills the cover, the fabric curves around it, so a filled pillow usually measures about 1 to 2 inches smaller across the front. For example, a 17x17 pillow may measure 15 to 16 inches edge to edge. This is normal for any pillow. To check the size, unzip the cover, lay it flat, and measure from seam to seam.

Every pillow can be bought as a cover alone or paired with an insert. Standard inserts are polyfill; feather-down inserts have a softer, more luxurious feel. See About Pillow Inserts and Feather vs. Polyfill to choose.
