Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and you'll see your exact rate before paying. Orders over $200 ship free within the contiguous US, applied automatically.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship from our Texas warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. A delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also see order status anytime in your account.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
Yes. Email team@pillowdecor.com with your address and the items you want, and we'll confirm options and costs before you order. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties.
My order arrived damaged or is missing something.
Email team@pillowdecor.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number (a photo helps), and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product tag is still attached and the item is unused. No return shipping or restocking fees. Full details on our Returns and Exchanges page.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email team@pillowdecor.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label. For exchanges, tell us the color, size, or fill you'd like instead.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.

What's the difference between Cover Only, Standard, and Feather-Down?
Every pillow can be bought as a cover alone or paired with an insert. Standard inserts are polyfill; feather-down inserts have a softer, more luxurious feel. See About Pillow Inserts and Feather vs. Polyfill to choose.
How do I care for my pillows?
Care instructions are in the Materials & Care section on every product page. In short: spot clean or dry clean velvet covers; clean Sunbrella outdoor fabric with mild soap and water and air dry.

Account & Payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders and view your order history.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Applicable US state and local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the accelerated checkout options shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
