Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Enter your address at checkout and you'll see your exact rate and estimated delivery time before you pay.

Free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States, applied automatically at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship from our warehouse in Texas, typically within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time depends on how far you are from us; a delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders

We're happy to ship beyond the contiguous US. Rates vary, so email us at team@pillowdecor.com with your address and the items you'd like, and we'll confirm shipping options and costs before you order. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, lost, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, email team@pillowdecor.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo if you can, and we'll make it right.
